What's the cost?

The total cost is $620.  Your $75 Non Refundable deposit will ensure you a spot on our trip as long as there are spots available.  If you sign up by February 24th you will get $50 off camp, making the total cost $570.

What is included?

The BEST week of your life of course!
But what does that mean?
  • Chartered transportation to and from camp
  • 5 days at Young Life's newest camping property.
  • All meals while at camp are included.  There will only be 2 meals to and from camp that are not included.
  • An Extravagant week with your friends
  • All rides and activities at camp are included in the price.

How do I get signed up?

You can sign up by filling out a camp flyer and health form and giving it and your deposit to your leader.

Travel​

  • We will be leaving St. Joseph on Sunday May 31st at 8:00am from the Brookdale Church Student Ministry Center.
  • We will be traveling through the morning and will arrive at Clearwater Cove in the afternoon. 
  • We will be arriving home from Clearwater late (Approx 9:00pm) on Thursday, June 4th.

What to Bring (Crammed into 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on ONLY!
·        An outfit  (t-shirts & Shorts and pair of shoes)  you don’t mind getting totally messy (maybe even throw away)
·        More shorts and t-shirts for every day wear as well as a hoodie and 1 pair of pants
·        Twin Bed sheets or sleeping bag,  Pillow, blanket
·        Shower Towel
·        Beach towel
·        Bathing Suits
·        2 pairs of closed toe shoes!!!! (The messy pair and another to wear the rest of the week)
·        Reusable Water Bottle
·        Sunscreen
·        Insect Repellant
·        PHONE CARD (if you would like to call home during the week). 
·        Toiletries (DON’T FORGET DEODORANT!!)
·        Camera if you would like to take pictures

Health and Consent Form

4. Complete each page of the form, then click the Submit Form button.

You will need the following information to complete the form:
  • Camp name – Clearwater Cove.
  • Camp dates  May31st - June 4th– the dates of the camp week that you or your child is attending.
  • Home area MO22 – Young Life area number that you or your child is associated with. You can also search by zip code.
  • Health insurance information – Insurance company name, policy number, mailing address and phone.
  • Health history including immunization record.​
