July 4th at 5:30am in the morning leaving from the East Hills Library parking lot - July 10 (Returning early in the morning between 12:30am -1am).

- Chartered transportation to and from camp
- Six days at one of Young Life's premier camping properties.
- All meals while at camp are included. There will only be 3 meals to and from camp that are not included..
- An extravagant six days with your friends
- All rides and activities at camp are included in the price.

- Camp name – Castaway Club
- Camp dates July 4 - July 9 – the dates of the camp week that you or your child is attending.
- Home area MO22 – Young Life area number that you or your child is associated with. You can also search by zip code.
- Health insurance information – Insurance company name, policy number, mailing address and phone.
- Health history including immunization record.
(Your sports physical for school will work).
